Be A Part Of Africa Vital Living’s 2022 Impact

For 2022, Africa Vital Living plans to make a bold impact in the warm heart of Africa–Malawi.  With your generous contribution towards our capital goal of $25,000, our plans are to accomplish the following:

  • Continue farming soy beans and potatoes on the land acquired during 2021.  In 2021, we not only purchased the land but we also installed an irrigation system to supply water to the crop during the dry season.
  • Continue repairs to 10 existing damaged water wells in villages in the Lilongwe and Chiwamba areas of Malawi.  Each repair generally runs between $100-1000 which covers the site review and installation/repair of the well pump hardware.
  • Install 100 school desks across 4 identified schools in the Chiwamba area of Malawi.  Each desk costs $50 which covers the construction and delivery.

2017 School Desks

  • Distribute 200 solar lights to schools and students.  Each solar light costs $15 which covers the light and transportation costs to the various schools within Malawi.

For 2021, Africa Vital Living plans to make a bold impact in the warm heart of Africa–Malawi.  With your generous contribution towards our capital goal of $25,000, our plans are to accomplish the following:

  • Purchase a plot of land to start a soy bean farm.  Along with the land acquisition, equipment will be installed to irrigate the land. Cost for the land acquisition, equipment, seed and personnel will be $10,000.
  • Continue repairs to 10 existing damaged water wells in villages in the Lilongwe and Chiwamba areas of Malawi.  Each repair generally runs between $100-500 which covers the site review and installation/repair of the well pump hardware.
  • Install 100 school desks across 4 identified schools in the Chiwamba area of Malawi.  Each desk costs $50 which covers the construction and delivery.

  • Distribute 200 Lumin-Aid solar lights to schools and students.  Each solar light costs $25 which covers the light and cost to transport the lights from the United States to Malawi.

For 2018, Africa Vital Living plans to make a bold impact in the warm heart of Africa–Malawi.  With your generous contribution towards our capital goal of $50,000, our plans are to accomplish the following:

  • Dig and install six new water wells in villages in the Lilongwe and Chiwamba areas of Malawi.  Each well costs $5,000 which covers the survey, digging and installation of the well pump hardware.

 

  • Install 250 school desks across 4 identified schools in the Chiwamba area of Malawi.  Each desk costs $40 which covers the construction and delivery.

  • Distribute 400 Lumin-Aid solar lights to schools and students.  Each solar light costs $25 which covers the light and cost to transport the lights from the United States to Malawi.
